\"\u2728\"<\/span>\u00a0The master class will be held from August 28 to August 30 in VERE MUSIC HUB (Kyiv, 21\/8 Malopidvalna str.).<\/p>\n

The master class is open to both violinists and chamber ensembles.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, August 30, at 7 pm, there will be a final concert by the mentor and master class participants (selected by the mentor).<\/p>\n

The list of participants will be made public, and the schedule of classes will be sent to all registered participants 2-3 days before the master class.<\/p>\n

The master class is part of the VERE MUSIC ACADEMY program.<\/p>\n

\"\ud83d\udce3\"<\/span>\u00a0Selection of active participants based on videos. The video must be recorded after August 1, 2024.<\/p>\n

Applications can be sent by August 20 to academy@vere.fund.<\/p>\n

What should be in the application:<\/p>\n

* Name.
* Last name.
* Date of birth (day, month, year).
* Where you are studying (educational institution, city, country).
* Class\/course.
* Teacher(s).
* Mobile phone.
* E-mail.
* Facebook page \/ Plus professional Facebook page (if available).
* YouTube channel.
* The repertoire you would like to work on during the master class.
* Please add a few of your videos (YouTube links only) made after August 1, 2024. The videos do not necessarily have to illustrate the repertoire to be worked on at the master class – they can be any other piece.
* Please add your creative bio.<\/p>\n

The musicians who will take an active part in the master class, as well as the schedule of classes, will be chosen by the teacher. We will announce this information 2-3 days before the master class.<\/p>\n

Born in Lyon, Pablo Schatzman studied with Tibor Varga in Switzerland and then in the United States at the Manhattan School of Music with Pinchas Zukerman.<\/p>\n

His recognized qualities as a chamber musician have led him in recent years to perform in France and around the world in prestigious venues and festivals such as the Philarmonie de Paris, the Concertgebow in Amsterdam, the Mus\u00e9e d’Orsay, the Op\u00e9ra in Lille, the Grand Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de Bordeaux, the Folles Journ\u00e9es in Nantes and in Japan.<\/p>\n

Pablo Schatzman is a laureate of the Maurice Ravel Academy Prize, the Hewlett-Packard Foundation, the Lavoisier Scholarship from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Bordeaux International String Quartet Competition with the Rapha\u00ebl Quartet.<\/p>\n

In 2013 he founded the Trio Leos and has joined the Quatuor \u00c9lys\u00e9e in 2022. He is also concertmaster of the Ensemble Musica Nigella and a member of the Ensemble Les Dissonances.<\/p>\n

Since 2020, Pablo Schatzman has been artistic director of the Festival \u00c9ole en Musiques which takes place every summer in Paimboeuf.<\/p>\n

His recordings of Ravel’s Tzigane, Chausson’s Concert, Beethoven’s Trios opus 1 and Bartok’s sonata for solo violin and quintet have received praise from the press.<\/p>\n

Finally, Pablo Schatzman dedicates a significant part of his activity to pedagogy as professor at the Rueil-Malmaison National Conservatory and in Lille at the ESMD \u2013 l\u2019\u00c9cole Sup\u00e9rieure Musique et Danse Hauts-de-France \u2013 as through various master classes.<\/p>\n

VERE MUSIC ACADEMY is a permanent master class program from VERE MUSIC FUND. It helps open Ukrainian performers\u2019 access to best educational practices that used to cost them a lot of time, effort and money. But now it is possible to get to master classes of world-famous teachers and musicians without leaving Ukraine.<\/p>\n

VERE MUSIC HUB is an artistic ecosystem and creative space designed for young musicians and listeners, established by the VERE MUSIC FUND. The hub features an upper hall with 100 seats, ideal for concerts, recordings, masterclasses, lectures, and more, as well as a lower rehearsal hall. It is located at 21\/8 Malopidvalna Street, Kyiv.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2017 by Tetiana Verevska, the VERE MUSIC FUND is a charitable organization that provides grants to Ukrainian musicians, enabling them to participate in international competitions and masterclasses. The Fund also organizes festival projects, educational initiatives, and supports international music competitions held in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
