Video recordings of the masterclass will later be available on the YouTube channels of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine and VERE MUSIC FUND.<\/p>\n<p>The mentor will select the active participants and determine the lesson schedule. This information will be announced 1\u20132 days before the masterclass.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants who are not selected for active participation may, at the mentor&#8217;s discretion, be invited to attend the masterclass as passive participants.<\/p>\n<p>Participants are invited to suggest the repertoire they would like to work on. The mentor will choose the pieces from their proposals.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, each participant will receive one compulsory work to prepare in advance: a piece from the Suite du Premier Ton from Pierre Du Mage&#8217;s Premier Livre d&#8217;Orgue.<\/p>\n<p>The list of participants and the lesson schedule will be sent by e-mail to all registered participants 1\u20132 days before the master class.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udce3 Active participants:<\/p>\n<p>Mariia Kriukova, 20 y. o., Kyiv<br \/>\nVira Bondarenko, 17 y. o., Kharkiv<br \/>\nKateryna Tymoshenko, 21 y. o., Kyiv<br \/>\nVladyslav Spravtsev, 21 y. o., Kyiv<br \/>\nVitalii Dvorovyi, 26 y. o., Lviv<br \/>\nRostyslav Minkivskyi, 24 y. o., Kyiv<br \/>\nMark-Yefrem Novakovych, 28 y. o., Lviv<\/p>\n<p>The master class is part of the VERE MUSIC ACADEMY program.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Pierre Offret (organ), France<\/p>\n<p>Pierre Offret began his musical studies at the Conservatoire de Rennes and the Conservatoire de Bordeaux Jacques Thibaud, where he studied with Damien Simon and \u00c8ve Darracq. He later continued his studies in Versailles with Jean-Baptiste Robin and in Saint-Maur-des-Foss\u00e9s with Pierre Pincemaille. While studying with Vincent Warnier at the \u00c9cole Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot in Paris, he also regularly received guidance in improvisation from Paul Goussot.<\/p>\n<p>He holds a Master&#8217;s degree in Musicology from Sorbonne Universit\u00e9, where he researched the influence of Johann Sebastian Bach on the music of Franz Liszt. Alongside his musical education, he also studied political science, attended HEC Paris, and graduated from the prestigious \u00c9cole Nationale d&#8217;Administration. Since 2018, he has served as a senior civil servant at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, Pierre won the Grand Prix d&#8217;Orgue Jean-Louis Florentz, receiving both the Grand Prize for interpretation and the Pierre Pincemaille Prize (Audience Award). In 2021, he became a prizewinner of the St. Florian International Organ Competition in Austria.<\/p>\n<p>He performs regularly in France and abroad, appearing on prestigious historic organs, including those of \u00c9glise de la Madeleine, \u00c9glise Saint-\u00c9tienne-du-Mont, and \u00c9glise Notre-Dame-d&#8217;Auteuil in Paris, the Sainte-Chapelle and Cath\u00e9drale Saint-Louis in Versailles, Abbaye Saint-Ouen in Rouen, Abbaye Sainte-Croix, the Basilica of Saint-Denis, as well as at the Stras&#8217;Orgues Festival and Vevey Spring Classic, among many others.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>VERE MUSIC ACADEMY is is an ongoing program of master classes by VERE MUSIC FUND. It offers Ukrainian performers access to the best educational practices, for which they used to have to spend a lot of time, effort, and money. But now it is possible to attend master classes by world-renowned teachers and musicians without leaving Ukraine. And at the same time \u2013 absolutely free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>VERE MUSIC FUND is a charitable fund established in 2017 by Tetiana Verevska. The Fund provides grants to Ukrainian musicians to participate in international competitions and master classes, and implements festival projects and educational initiatives.
