Andrii Zakhodiakin

Born in Donetsk. In September 2016, he entered the Mykola Lysenko Kyiv Music Lyceum (class of Larysa Vikarina). Since 2020, he has been studying in the class of Professor Natalia Tolpygo-Rusina.

A winner of many competitions, including Yevhen Stankovych International Instrumental Competition (2019, 2020, 2021, Ukraine), International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Volodymyr Horowitz (2018, Ukraine), International Competition for Young Pianists C. Bechstein (2019, Ukraine), International Piano Forum “Bieszczady without Borders” (2020, 2022, Poland).

Andrii has repeatedly participated in the project “I am a Virtuoso!” (2019, 2021).

He performed with the Warsaw Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra. In 2024, Andrii made his debut with the Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine conducted by Antonii Kedrovskyi performing Beethoven’s First Piano Concerto. Also in 2024, he performed a solo concert at the VERE MUSIC HUB.

He took part in master classes by Milana Cherniavska, Martin Garcia, Akiko Ebi, Philippe Giusiano, as well as Polina Sasko and Anfisa Bobylova as part of the VERE MUSIC ACADEMY project.
