Ukrainian violinist Varvara Vasylieva is the winner of the second prize at the International Max Rostal Competition 2024, which has just ended in Berlin!

In total, 18 musicians took part in the violin nomination. The competition, which is held at the Universität der Künste Berlin, is a member of the World Federation of International Music Competitions and is one of the few in the world to have a viola category.
