Eva Rabchevska

She was born in Lviv in 1996. She graduated from the specialized Solomiya Krushelnytska Lviv Specialized Music Boarding School, Mykola Lysenko Specialized Music School of Kyiv, and continued her studies at the State Conservatory of Bratislava.

After the Queen Sofía College of Music in Madrid (Professor Zakhar Bron) since 2022 she is studying at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin (Professor Antje Weithaas).

Currently, the violinist is a member of the Karajan Academy in Berlin, and from August 2023 she will become a member of the core staff of the legendary Berliner Philharmoniker.

Eva is a laureate of the Queen Elisabeth Competition (2019, Belgium). She also won numerous awards such as first prize at the Karol Lipinski and Henryk Wieniawski International Competition for Young Violinists (2015, Poland), second prize at the International Jascha Heifetz Competition for Violinists (2017, Lithuania), and first prize at the Stuttgart International Violin Competition (2021, Germany). In addition, as a first prize winner of the Stuttgart International Violin Competition (2021, Germany) she benefits from loan of a 1746 violin by Giovanni Battista Guadagnini.

As a soloist she has performed with different orchestras, including Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, and Belgian National Orchestra among others.
